1. Eligibility

The K2 Prepress Software Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who are currently operating printing companies or in-house printing departments. Employees, dealers, and affiliates of Xitron, LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

 

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Xitron, LLC, 4750 Venture Drive, Ann Arbor, MI, 48108.

 

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

 

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on October 22, 2025, and ends at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on October 24, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must attend a demonstration of the K2 Prepress software during the Printing United Expo in Orlando, Florida, held October 22–24, 2025. Attendance at the demonstration during the Expo automatically qualifies as an entry. Limit one (1) entry per company. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, or other methods will void that entrant’s entries.

 

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a full K2 Prepress bundle including platform, software licenses, and on-site training and installation (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): US$35,000. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be resold or substituted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The prize has no cash value if the winner declines to accept the prize.

 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, October 24, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified in person at the Expo and/or by email/phone/and notification on LinkedIn. If the winner does not claim the Prize within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 (if applicable) before receiving the Prize.

 

8. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes associated with prize receipt. Since the Prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

 

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, and/or company affiliation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. This will include a “Customer Spotlight” article about the winner’s company and K2 use case.

 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

 

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.

 

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by Michigan law.

 

13. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
