Navigator Flexo Suite is a tightly integrated collection of workflow tools designed specifically for use with today’s Flexographic Computer-to-Plate systems. It's a modular concept that allows the user to create precisely the functionality they require, based on the type of printing they do.
Xitron’s Navigator RIP and Workflow give screen printers fast, accurate control for film and direct-to-screen production, with built-in calibration, flexible job management, and post-RIP previewing. Its interlocking screening technology simulates process printing to eliminate show-through, color shifts, and contamination while maintaining sharp detail, accurate color, and reliable registration. Xitron’s PDF Pathfinder quickly adds white under-base, varnish, or cut paths to PDFs without returning to design software.
Designed to “catch” TIFF files from any RIP or workflow, Raster Blaster converts them into the raster formats used by computer-to-plate engines, direct imaging presses, and other output devices. Having an after-market option like Raster Blaster means users can choose RIP, workflow, and output vendors independently from each other, which can result in significant cost savings. Often sold in conjunction with Xitron's Blue Box CTP interface.
