mColor 3.0 Demo Software and Installation Request

This form is to be completed by Quadient salesmen, technicians, and dealers to request demo software and/or assistance installing and configuring mColor 3.0.

Demo software and/or demo dongles will be shipped within 48 hours. Once the product is received, contact Dan MacKillop to schedule installation.

Please Note:

• Use the Xitron Corporate Team Viewer client, downloadable from this link.

• Computer platform meeting the minimum specification listed below must be available by TeamViewer  

• User should be logged in as an administrator 

• mColor dongle should be available but not yet inserted into USB slot unless previous version was installed

System Requirements:

• 3Ghz Dual/Quad Core, Core i5 or i7 recommended

• (SSE 4.2 Required)

• DVD ROM

• 3 Available USB 2.0 ports

• Windows 10 Professional 64-bit

• 4+ GB RAM (8 GB or higher is recommended)

• 100/1000 Network Interface Card (WiFi is not supported)
