Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Installation and training of our prepress systems and output devices (On site and remote)
Answering support requests via telephone and email for all our products
Up to 25% travel throughout North America per month (occasional overseas opportunities)
Careful documentation of issues and support requests in tracking system
Work closely Product Management and Engineering to identify and solve issues
Experience requirements
3+ years Prepress production or support experience
Knowledge of the printing industry including prepress software and hardware
Inkjet knowledge a plus but not required
