Cancellation and Return Policy

 

CANCELLATIONS

Most orders placed with Xitron can be canceled at any time prior to shipment at no charge, with the following exceptions: 

These products are non-cancellable and are payable in full regardless of shipping status:

• Software upgrades

• Software options

• Software migrations

• Custom order computers

RETURNS

​

Once shipped from Xitron, most returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee of the product total if returned within 30 days of shipment. Products must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging. After 30 days the product is not returnable for credit or refund.

The following products and/or charges are not returnable/refundable:

• Software upgrades

• Software migrations

• Custom order computers

• Software options

• Freight charges

• Remote installations

• On-site installations

• Travel & Lodging charges

• If original packaging for computer and monitors is not in like-new condition or not available a $100 charge will apply.

RETURN FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES

Xitron has 14 days from the report of an issue to correct the problem. If the technical issue cannot be corrected within this period, the product can be returned in like-new condition for full refund, less shipping charges.

​

If original packaging for computer and monitors is not in like-new condition or not available a $100 charge will apply.
