Navigator Mobile Proofing Approval App for iOS and Android
Proofing approval often creates a bottleneck in the prepress department. Electronic versions of the proof are sent to busy clients who may be away from their desk and have no way to review the proof until they return to the office. The Navigator Mobile Proofing Approval app streamlines the proofing approval by delivering the proof directly to client's phone or tablet. The client reviews the proof and then approves or rejects the job page by page. Comments may be added by the client and are included with the approval sent back to the prepress department along with the proof.

Optional features for the Navigator DTF Workflow include PDF Creation and Preflighting, plus a robust Ink Remapping tool, providing a quick and easy way to eliminate or consolidate plates within a job. Scriptable Hot Folders allow jobs to be sorted automatically by the workflow based on job size or other criteria.

The new high resolution inkjet plate workflow allows users to use select Epson printers to output polyester plates using standard Epson magenta ink. The polyester plates are suitable for up to 133 lpi. As no special ink is required, the same Epson printer may be used for both plate and proof output.
