Warranty Information
- 90-Day replacement warranty on defective parts. (Excludes consumables).
- Technical Support is billed at $125 per hour (1 hour minimum).
- Returned defective equipment determined to be in proper working order will be subject to a $50 minimum service charge.
- Void of Warranty – All warranties on a product become void if there is evidence of tampering, attempted repair, abuse or rework of any part that is not authorized by Xitron in writing.
Returning Equipment To Xitron:
1. Any equipment or part returned to Xitron must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Contact Customer Service (734-913-1099) or your Xitron Sales Rep for RMA number. No return can be accepted without a corresponding RMA number. Please provide the Xitron Customer Technician with equipment type, system serial number, Xitron invoice number and date of purchase.
3. Print the RMA number prominently on the box before shipment, otherwise shipment will be refused.
4. Material must be carefully and appropriately packaged. Anti-static bags must be used with all PCBs and ESD sensitive materials. Proper packaging of defective parts will expedite your replacement and enhance Xitron’s ability to repair these materials. Xitron will not be responsible for any damage during transit from the purchaser to Xitron.
5. Return shipments must be properly insured at the shipper’s expense.
6. All defective products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of an RMA number otherwise the RMA number will be void and the package refused.
7. Xitron will pay UPS Blue freight service (or comparable) to send replacement parts.
