RIP 6 Actions Patch

This Rip Action in necessary to allow Rip Manager 3.3.2 to run version 6.x Harlequin RIPs remotely. It is to replace the v6 RIP Action that shipped with the release of Rip Manager 3.3.2. Without this version of the v6 RIP action the remote version 6 RIP may show as offline in the RIP Manager when it is not and may remain as offline in the Rip Manager even when it is not.
