Xitron Creates Online Technical Forum for Dealers and Distributors
Part of customer focus initiative for 2006

Ann Arbor, Michigan – December 1, 2005 – Xitron, the prepress industry's leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions; announced today the creation of an online technical forum for use by Xitron dealers and distributors.

“Our dealer technicians around the world represent a significant knowledgebase. Until now, there was no centralized form of communication that would allow us to exploit and share all that experience. The online forum will be a great starting point,” stated Bret Farrah, Vice President, Support Services for Xitron.

The online forum is offered exclusively for the use of Xitron’s dealers’ and distributors’ technical staff. Dealer personnel will be able to sign up for this free of charge by visiting the Xitron website at www.xitron.com .

The forum features discussion groups for Xitron’s primary product lines including Navigator, Xenith and Raster Blaster. “We’ll pursue additional discussion groups as needs develop,” said Farrah. “Our goal in 2006 is to continue enhancing the experience of our dealers and distributors by making their job of selling and supporting Xitron products as easy as possible.”
