OPI and DCS

These features allow access to OPI and DCS hi-resolution file substitution routines within the Navigator RIP. Though once helpful in speeding file delivery and processing by RIPs, these legacy routines are all but extinct thanks to fast networks and platforms. It is unlikely that users will need this capability in Navigator 6 but these features remain available for older versions.
