Problem Description*

Please compress the PB2Diag file, log file, and/or the problem file and upload it to our FTP site by clicking this link and dragging the archive to the Internet Explorer Window. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, log in to the FTP site (ftp.xitron.com\incoming-support) using the following credentials:
 
User Name: xitroncustomer
Password: xitron4ftp  
 

For instructions on creating PB2Diag and log files, click here. Make sure the compressed archive has a descriptive name and note it in the space below. (Please don't use generic labels such as "archive.zip" or "problemfile.sit.")
