Support Specialist

Xitron is currently screening applicants for expansion within their Educational Services and Support department. Xitron Support Specialists answer technical support calls on Xitron's Navigator, Xenith, and Raster Blaster products, perform on-site installation and training seminars for end-users, demonstrate Xitron products at trade shows, and conduct dealer training courses at our headquarters facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Qualified applicants will have a combination of skills that may include pre-press production, pre-press workflow training or support, a background or degree in print production, or similar solid experience with another vendor in the pre-press industry. The ability to travel overnight one to two weeks per month is required along with a strong desire to solve problems and satisfy customers.
 
Previous Xitron product experience is a plus, as is the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively. If you possess these skills and feel a good day is one in which you've helped your customers solve problems, we'd like to hear from you.
 
This position is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and cannot be performed remotely.
